Passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges

AI Director and MLOps specialist with a strong technical foundation in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and production AI systems. PhD candidate in Advanced monitoring techniques for distributed scenarios using high-performance vision processing architectures.

Graduate in Computer Engineering and Business Administration, with extensive experience in designing, optimizing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence systems applied to Smart Cities and critical environments.

Currently leading the Artificial Intelligence Department at Innovasur, where I oversee the architecture, lifecycle governance, and large-scale deployment of AI solutions, integrating advanced MLOps practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and real-world operational constraints.

My work spans from optimizing models for edge devices and low-performance architectures to organizational governance of AI systems, including the development of agentic AI solutions, knowledge graphs, semantic architectures, and conversational assistants for information retrieval and exploitation.

I actively participate in AI lifecycle management, data and model auditing, and adapting systems to current Artificial Intelligence legislation, connecting advanced research with robust, auditable, and scalable production systems.

Machine Learning Engineer: Specialist in designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models, with main focus on computer vision applied to urban and industrial environments. Developing computer vision models for detection, classification, and behavior analysis in Smart City scenarios. Optimizing models for low-performance architectures through techniques such as pruning, quantization, distillation, and pipeline reengineering.
